Thomas James & Bechtold Jewelry
Alongside my jewelry CAD design responsibilities, I have been in charge of marketing at Thomas James & Bechtold Jewelry. My responsibilities as a graphic designer include creating print materials, social media posts, email campaigns, event organization, promotional products, marketing campaigns, website edits, and crafting engaging promotions. It has been a fun process working to craft the image of the business and to help us reach new clients.
Mount Marty University
While working at Mount Marty (College at the time) I was head of print marketing and leading up the CRM system used to market to prospective students. I created print books, postcards, brochures, posters, banners, table runners, business cards, newspaper ads, billboard ads, and many other marketing materials. Along with those responsibilities I organized photo shoots with students and faculty to be used in those marketing materials. While working there I also had opportunities to delegate to and organize outsource and freelance workers. It was a great opportunity to have a large hand in running marketing for a large organization that relies heavily on print media.
Catholic Community Foundation for Eastern South Dakota
As a temporary marketing director for the Catholic Community Foundation I did work marketing for their Legacy: A Beer & Wine Experience. This included postcards, posters, print materials, stickers, signage, glasses, t-shirts, e-blasts, social media marketing, gifs, and marketing videos. I was even so fortunate as to collaborate with the graphic designers for the diocese on the seminarian and Christmas at the Cathedral posters.
Beds By Design
While working with Beds by Design I designed a webpage for their Omnipillow product. They also commissioned me to create icons and diagrams to be used around their site.
Volunteer Work
This is work I completed for Catholic Young Professionals, Holy Spirit Men's Group, and other projects.
